TCDD Station Lodgings Restoration and Landscaping

The Gar Evleri, which has an important place in the historical urban fabric, was tendered by Konya Metropolitan Municipality and restored by Alp İnşaat by remaining faithful to its original architecture and cultural identity. While this project aims to preserve urban memory, it also offers an aesthetic and functional building integrity in accordance with contemporary living standards. The works carried out within the framework of sustainability principles have revealed an exemplary transformation model that brings together the past and the future; it has been transformed into a qualified living space that adds value to the region.
