Recruitment Stages
The applications of our candidates go through a detailed and professional evaluation process in accordance with the requirements of the position. Our aim is to provide a sustainable workforce by offering the most suitable position for their knowledge, competencies and potential.
1. Application and Preliminary Evaluation
All applications are examined in detail and pre-evaluated by our Human Resources team.
2. Competency Based Interviews
Our candidates participate in interviews conducted by both Human Resources and relevant department managers according to their specialization. With a competency-based approach, both technical and personal skills are analyzed.
3. Occupational and Personality Inventories
Depending on the requirements of the position, professional competency tests, personality inventories and aptitude tests are applied.
4. Foreign Language Proficiency Exam (if any)
English or other language proficiency tests are conducted for international projects or positions requiring language proficiency.
5. Assessment Center Applications
