Tantavi Warehouse Restoration Application tendered by Meram Municipality and realized by Alp Construction, was realized with an approach that respects the historical and administrative identity of the building. Built in 1903, this historical building was used as a warehouse in the past; in line with Meram Municipality's vision of re-functionalization, the building has undergone a comprehensive restoration while preserving its original architectural texture.

The restoration process has been blended with the needs of modern use, taking care to preserve the integrity of the building in accordance with the original. When the project was completed, Tantavi Warehouse was transformed into a cultural and art center that adds value to Konya in terms of both aesthetics and public functionality.

With this application, Alp Construction has carried out a qualified restoration work that sets an example for bringing historical public buildings into modern functions without losing their original identity.
